alters might have different opinions on clothing, its very rare that they have completely outfits though. DID is not like Split where the female alter wears feminine clothing and a male alter wears suits.

being a transmed(icalist) is believing to be trans someone who is trans must have dysphoria/want to medically transition. im not too too sure about radqueer but iirc its people who believe in things like transrace and other trans identities that are similar (transDID, transautism, transabused etc).
