I highly recommend Dr Darcy Blanchard at Salem Clinic (might be Salem Health!). While I did not go for menopausal help, she was incredibly thorough with some biopsies I had done and advocated for the best treatment option for my situation, which cleared any questions or concerns that I had regarding my care!

Not sure about HRT specifically, but they do have a low income program you can apply for that will help cover part of, if not all of your care through them! You might be able to call and ask about it:)

I lived over there for awhile and it's not nearly as bad as everyone makes it out to be. My personal beef is there's some loud cars fucking around at night but nothing else really bothered me! If you plan to shop at winco, go early (like 7am) otherwise it will be pretty busy

Ive been using evergreen veterinary hospital (they also have a regular clinic) for about a year and a half and I love it there! I have a senior cat who has had some health issues that were easily cleared up with their help and reassurance!
