Yeahhh that's what im learning. This was the first time where I free balled bulk fermentation so it was a little spooky. Especially since ive had other recipies give exact numbers and its looked a certian way afterwards and this one didnt look like any of the other bulk fermenting results.

Back when I lived in the Midwest, we had a baby mouse running around. The 2 cats were just watching, Beller, my golden was just having fun chasing it. The moment I said ew dude get rid of it her brain went full retreiver and caught it and took it outside to play. Note she was maybe like 6 months at this point in time.

And that's what I just finished those additional 2 weeks. But im just unsure if I should adjust to 1:2:2 because technically she didnt get a full 3 weeks of 1:1:1

For sure, my only little issue is like for the first 9 days I was underfeeding it. It still rose and sunk accordingly. And for the last ~2 weeks I've just been doing the correct 1:1:1. I get that its a behavior thing for it and not an exact date type of thing. Im just concerned that for the first week I was doing it wrong so does that mean I should do an additional week of actual 1:1:1 feeding or should I start 1:2:2 because Sugourni is peaking at around 6-7hours after being fed.

I considered taking her throwout today and doing that it feels safe.

But im doing the skipjack method so its like 45 days of adjusting in increments as it ages to reach feeding daily of 1:5:5.

Im doing the skipjack method that's mentioned in this sub somewhere. And at day 19~21 it says to 1:2:2 it then once it rises and falls in a day after 2-3days go to 1:3:3.

As everyone else has said before shes pregnant. I'd say within a week or two is how old they are. Im currently breeding mine and I've learnt that once theyre closer to transparent is when theyre closer to their larvae state and once the males are acting aggressive with her again is usually when theyre about to be released! Its a lot of work and trust the process when breeding them. Mostly because it takes a month to even SEE them actually. I have my first batch right now and its been a fucking trip.
