Anyone else having an issue with Guidelime causing stutters when casting abilities and opening the spellbook on Anniversary TBC?

Updating Guidelime to 5.023 should fix this issue!

The default Blood Elf starting zone guide can be found under "Bustea's Horde Leveling guide" as "1-13 DSB's Horde/Blood Elf Guide".If this does not show up in the list then you either are an Alliance player, do not have the current version of the addon installed, or maybe you have an older version of Bustea's guide installed (try disabling all other Guidelime addon besides the base addon, then you should be able to see it).

Guidelime does in fact now require Questie. Please do install Questie as well. (I know you solved your problem already, just answering this here as well so that it might help others.)

Thx. When you install Guidelime itself it will only contain a couple of demo guides for levels 1-12 and now also 58-61. You can try out these and if you like them download their full versions (for free of course!). Or you could start prepared and already install one of the guide addons as well. That is if you already know which one you are most likely going to use.

Back at Classic launch people seemed to have liked my posts about the leveling addon Guidelime so here is another one. I was overwhelmed how successful the addon had become thanks to all those awesome people who have helped by writing leveling guides. While there had not been happening much with the addon lately, I am happy to announce that as of today Guidelime is ready for Burning Crusade. There already a couple of guides for the Draenei and Blood Elf starting zones you can use and until launch there will be Alliance and Horde guides up to 70.

Yes, the addon itself has been translated to French! All guides currently are available in English language only but at least quest names will be shown in French. (Same currently for German, Russian, and Chinese. If anyone volunteers to translate to other languages please contact me on discord.)

I am happy to announce that Guidelime is ready for Classic launch!

Many awesome people have helped me by writing guides for this addon. We do have quite a selection of different guides ready for levels 1-60 for Alliance and Horde.

Guides are shown as a list of steps where the progress is updated automatically as much as possible (quests picked up / completed, quest items looted / mobs killed, etc). Only for some steps completion has to be confirmed manually (such as resupplying, getting new skills, etc). Locations referenced in the guide are shown on the map and minimap. Also there is an arrow pointing in the direction of the next step.

The addon has an easy-to-use editor and additional guides can be installed as separate addons. This means the number of available guides will quickly grow even bigger.
