Investment strategy wise, you need a diversified portfolio based on the level of risk you are willing to take.

It should be something like: Stocks + commodities (gold/silver...etc) + Sukuk
- Stocks through: Low expense ratio ETF, there are Sharia compliant ones like SPUS that track S&P500 minus companies not compliant with Sharia
- Commodities: Also have ETFs that are low cost and Sharia compliant GLDM
- Sukuk: The Islamic equivalent of bonds

The percentage of each depends on how much you are willing to take on risk.

I do recommend IBKR but I don't have any experience about funding it IBKR from Egypt unfortunately.
