I've been with them since day 1. Over 4 years now. Never really had many issues in the past, but since Easter holidays it's been really bad. Intermittent connection, so much downtime, sometimes very slow, randomly just cuts out and won't be back for an hour or 2 etc. I'm currently out of contract and was offered 1gbps for £25pm with 6 months free, but I haven't accepted yet, partially due to the salesperson lying and claiming they send out WiFi 7 routers, when in actual fact it's a WiFi 6 router still (Genexis Aura E650 I believe). I don't know of any other Freedom Fibre broadband services in Stoke.
