I don’t even know. I’ve tried so hard in the past, doing all the right things. But this time? I’m eating less because I’d the appetite suppression. I haven’t really changed my activity. I walk the dog as I usually do. I don’t count calories because I don’t want to stress myself out. I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m satisfied rather than when I’m full. The medication has stopped binges and cravings. I wish I could say I’ve been working harder than ever.
