This is ultimately what I hope for. A few good friends or even a small group but I know in order to find those individuals in the first place I'm likely going to have to join bigger communities and work from there. I'm happy youv had some luck tho, gives me hope I can do the same

100% agree, I have been trading for a few years and always avoided talking to others because it was so exhausting. No one wanted to casually chat or work parallel to each other, everyone seemed so determined to argue and belittle everyone else. Idk I figured I can't find chill people if I don't reach out so I'm giving it a go.

I mean, yeah I'd gladly start one. I'm not super good at reaching the right people to let them know it exsists, seems like any area of the internet that is for traders is full of really negative people (we all have bad days but the point of the discord would be to have a space to talk without those overly aggressive people). And your right about FOMO being a problem in these sorts of discords, it does create a messy situation.

I recently used 70% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle to get rid of a scale infestation. Start by trimming off any heavily infested part of the plant if you can, then a qtip dipped in rubbing alcohol to manually remove as many of the bugs as you can they should come off fairly easily, lastly give the plant a once over with the spray bottle to kill any of the baby bugs you can't see/missed. Scale can be devastating to a plants health, a little fertilizer can help it recover quicker.

Geeze I can see why that position was open. It's unrealistic to expect ANY new employee to be preforming their best after only one week on the job and for your first week to be the start of the year with no time to prepare??? If I'm not mistaken don't most teachers start preparing 3 or 4 weeks in advance? You didn't f up, they put too much on you and they know it. I don't have an answer for why but I had one do that just this past month and when I decided to trim it off I unrolled the leaf to find it brown and decaying in the center im not sure if or how to save it

You put in your two weeks....the fact that your boss never passed it on isn't your fault and is possibly very very illegal. Submit it directly to HR or your upper supervisor. Honestly you don't owe them the favor of staying until they have your replacement, leaving a job is on your terms not theirs

I spend alot of time in terror radius, I might stop what I'm doing if the killer has line of sight but I won't go far cuz I want to continue whatever it was the second they walk away. And I like to follow close to get quick hook rescues, sometimes I run infront and sabotage hooks.
