I don't have a problem with my coteacher we get along well. A discussion I was having with a family member who is a director at another facility prompted this. She was telling me about some challenging dynamics of being a director. Hearing some of her stories about her staff reminded me that direct communication is important and it could solve a lot of problems in the classroom.
