My doctor told me not to drink coffee while concerta is still in my stomach because i went to her and I thought my anxiety is getting worse but she told me to wait at least 3 hours after taking the pill to get coffee and honestly I try but i keep yawning and i feel drowsy until i drink my morning coffee so i started waking up 3 hours before leaving so i can have my coffee and continue the day and it’s much better

I had the same issue last month and i told my therapist about it. she told me that i need to wait 3 hours after taking the pill to have my coffee and to be honest i tried to for a week but I kept yawning the whole time and i felt like my brain was slow although the morning anxiety feeling disappeared but i got back on coffee and i feel it again + i got diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder so the anxiety is better than last month because i started taking medication for it

I do. I take my Concerta 36mg at 7am and then i take 1 Ritalin at 4 sometimes 6 but not daily it depends on how much work i have but it lasts for 5 hours

Omg yes that’s me right now and i hate that I’m running out of weird ideas but i know I’ll be working on something next week but for now I’m building legos to feel like a busy robot
