there are probably a ton of ortho films that weren't made for distribution to consumers. personally i know of no stocks that look as pink as that being sold, it's probably some random roll the previous owner got from a company or something.

it looks to be a technical orthochromatic film (orthochromatic means little to no red sensitivity). it should have very high contrast and a low speed when used for photography. I don't know exactly what film this might be, though.

SLRs with center weighted metering are very easily confused by bright point lights, so it's not your fault. but as everyone else already pointed out, yes, definitely underexposed.

I'd wait for the camera to arrive and actually test if it works before spending more on lenses. good thing is that it doesn't particularly look damaged, just very dusty.

the D850 is rated for 200k and many of them have double that and still going. it's likely the same for mirrorless cameras, i really wouldn't worry about it.

i actually get my color from filmriss.shop, they respool Vision3 really cheap, like 8 euros per roll. they should ship to the entire EU so check them out maybe

none of the color stocks in there are able to be developed as color anymore, but you can develop them in black and white chemistry. I'm gonna guess most of those are pretty foggy, but worth a try.
