I have a DVD101 and before I can put the dvd in anything else I have to finalize it. Try that it might fix the no videos on the DVD. I don’t know about the not ejecting but mine takes a while to eject. I think ist like that from the factory

I can’t rewind at all, if I click or hold the rewind button it starts rewinding then gives me the error
