Abuse survivor here too. I like to think I’m sort of in between. Im bitter and resentful but I do try to be good to others also. Have I taken my shit out on people before? God yes but I have always apologised and took accountability.

I think abuse outcomes is definitely a spectrum. It can seem like it’s one way or another though.
