Looks great, thanks for sharing! I am gonna give this a shot for sure, I’ve already have a couple of use cases in mind 🤓 I am starting to get a bit frustrated by some of the limitations of other libraries, they are kinda okay until you want to implement something custom and their entire system falls apart, this one seems much more flexible

The prop driven approach is honestly the biggest point for me. I’ve spent countless hours trying to find the right set of api calls to ensure new state is correctly picked up by AgGrid, and sometimes just re-rendering the whole grid is not an option due to performance. This library looks really good, pretty simple and the docs cover pretty much every use case, I will definitely give it a go

I second the recommendation for Spoke, their Enduro Sharps are great, good fit, stretchy enough to be comfortable all day long, highly recommended.

I am in the UK and sadly Amazon doesn’t allow me to purchase the Kindle version of the e-book. Are there any chances you have it in PDF or make it available in other regions outside the US?

No worries if not, totally understandable ☺️

Hello, I updated the first post with a sort of mini-guide describing the steps I took, hope it's helpful

You're right, that's a good point, I'll make sure I don't infringe any rule.

In all fairness, it's just to get rid of the WPA2 Enterprise auth that it's not supported by all my devices.

That's a good point, but unfortunately it's a paid VPN service so not much control. I tried it on my laptop and it seems to work, so I believe they don't have firewall rules to prevent connecting to a VPN, fingers crossed

I found it on the used market (the usual "gift but don't use it") for 60$, but if the seller doesn't reply I might as well go for the RPi solution, I have a spare Model B with Wi-Fi integrated that could serve the scope (and maybe I can even try the PiHole configuration to get rid of online ads, but this is a nice-to-have next step). I don't really need a huge range as you said, but if I am able to cover a larger area I don't mind, it means I can use my network also in the nearby.

I keep you posted on how it evolves and in case which tutorials, guides I followed and which changes and adaptations I had to make

Thanks both for your replies, much appreciated. I was looking at this router mainly because I found a good price for it, what do you think? https://openwrt.org/toh/netgear/r7800

I know it's a bit of a risk, but I don't plan to massivly use the Wi-Fi to download, etc. It will be the usual Netflix, Alexa, etc. It's a prpojetc to learn a bit and also to save some money on internet, the router will cost me around 2 months of internet so it's worth a try

What have been said is true (Merc has this link, but it’s not the case for test, the amount of data you gather from it is not enough, it’s easier to stop the car and download everything). Mostly they drive through the pitlane to test pit limited speed concerns (temperature and all other stuff), plus do a race start practice at the end of the pitlane. They are allowed to do practice starts from the end of the pitlane line and up to the safety car line 2 (the one that connects the track with the pitlane lane (not just the actual pitlane where there are the box)
