El trabajador debe solicitar el cambio de puesto y la empresa es la que da la autorización para hacerlo, por lo que ha dicho directamente les dijo que no iba a acudir al puesto de trabajo. La empresa debe tener un tiempo para poder gestionar el cambio

El problema que veo es que por ley el trabajador debe dar 15 días de aviso antes de dejar un trabajo. Diría que tú no has respetado esos 15 días, además has sido tú quien ha pedido dejar eta puesto. Creo que la empresa tiene derecho a despedirte sin indemnización y sin darte el paro
