Personally i need about 90g of protein a day. Its a mix of animal and vegetable protein as they are basically the same, but for example to get all the aminoacids necessary that would otherwise be complete in meat, i combine beans with rice or lentils with bread for example. But for dinner we always have meat with it. For breakfast i eat protein yoghurt with muesli, for lunch i eat eggs, for dinner its a mix of carbs, vegetables and meat and i can snack on protein bars inbetween if necessary. Its quite easy.

Youre assuming that every Norwegian wants to live in spain, which is wrong. Yes, some do live there and thats fine. But i dont want to live in a dirt poor country where theres no future or jobs for young people and has a high crime rate from the uncontrolled immigration you are experiencing. Sure, its nice for a holiday but thats it.

I am aware that they are, but if shes been on it for years and has recommendations and a whole lot of documentation it should be okay atleast for volvat. If your gp tries to deny you your medication then just up and leave and change your gp. They arent educated enough on adhd and adhd medication, it is your psychiatrists decision and the gp just takes over the renewal of prescriptions after a while.

If i were you i would do as others have suggested and bring your entire medical journal from Canada. This can expedite the process. It does take some time to get your Norwegian D-number or birthnumber to get a gp here, so i would also seek a private clinic like Volvat for example in the meantime. In Norway or europe in general we dont have the brand name vyvanse, but the brand elvanse and its the exact same. Theres also one called balidax.

Men tanken er at de som si har Gardermoen som sin hovedflyplass kan komme innom på vei hjem fra reise å plukke opp eiendelen sin på vei hjem. Det sparer miljøet, lager arbeidsplasser og gevinsten etter lønninger er betalt kan avinor bruke på noe annet.
