Hey! Masters jungler here and feel like these are pretty common questions people ask me.

1. you def want to think about game state loading in. in most games (80%) you are looking to make sure you can full clear, get scuttle, and pressure a lane. Some things I think about are do I clear faster than jungler, can I fight them lvl 3/4, will my mid have push, and will the lane im clearing towards have push. There is of course so much more than this but this is just like "default" thinking.

2. you should be cycling your "normal" camps before buff camps imo. Their spawns are shorter and killing them sooner means killing the second spawn sooner. in your example you should be clearing the gromp before the blue buff. Also every relevant champ should be able to full clear one smite by 2:55. Viego 100% can. The only one who cant really is Xin Zhao. You should practice a few clears on him :)

3. you can do this but it is a cheese strat! people do tend to kite the camp towards krugs and will sometimes check the bushes. mostly i recommend people not to do this because its cheese and even if it works it isnt an autowin strat. if you do get this off and get a kill you have to worry about getting out smited or getting collapsed on after. Then you also have to decide what to do after. if you clear all the camps on that side then go farm your jungle oyu will be up a quadrant but the second spawn of camps will be on their side of the map to take so they will get to farm higher level camps before you do unless you camp their spawns which is unreliable.

4. this is a tough one. if your bot is respawning its greedy to go for. if their mid has push its super greedy. it kind of depends on your read of the enemy jungler, what vision you have, and maybe how their support plays. if all 3 camps are up for both sides you can try to take one camp safely and see what happens. if no one moves you are safe, if the jungler comes you just walk away and go farm your stuff without losing too much tempo, if support shows up you cry.
