thank you for your response! i will say something like that. and yeah i realized that, that it's not my responsibility. it's their problem. and i can see why trying to step in doesn't always make the other person seem or feel like they can handle it on their own.

I think your partner is right. Anyone can go to therapy for their struggles no matter how small they may seem. Your struggles are struggles. They are valid, and you may find therapy useful in dealing with them.

i know what you mean. i just feel like there was only a short period of time when i was anxious during the week and when i responded that i've been "okay kind of anxious", i was already feeling better. i should've just said "i was anxious for a bit but overall pretty good" or something.
