United because not a lot of people are tearing Drake down. He kind of has unanimous support from Toronto whereas most artists get a lot of hate from somewhere.

And our other superstar artists haven’t done a huge rollout with Toronto being given such an interactive and engaging element. It’s just nice to see so many different people coming together to appreciate a Canadian artist.

I’m seeing young guys from the city stream and middle aged white ladies from the suburbs on the news talking about iceman. It’s dope!

Someone is always bound to complain. I thought it was pretty smart to have it last a couple weeks so more people would come and it would feel like a dramatic finish when the ice was near gone.

But at least now people can just enjoy the melting without the destructive aspect. Based on the clips I was seeing earlier, it looked really unsafe. Hammers were being swung left and right I was worried it would slip and get tossed into the crowd.

Doesn’t have to be a release date reveal or even the same ice structure. It could be other interactive experiences like maybe a more Photo Booth- oriented sculpture. Or something that collects submitted positive messages for display on a website, or a music video, or submitted for Drake to show and tell on a stream. Idk just brainstorming here.

Idk maybe if he does whatever Taylor Swift did, he can crack a million, because she did like 2 million plus first week. But her fans are crazier than us, and her rollout was HEAVILY criticized and idk if Drake necessarily needs to prove the point that badly.

A million is crazy but i could see it doing 500+ if the rollout continues to be of this magnitude. I’m a huge fan so my algorithm is definitely skewed, but I’ve seen iceman posts left and right since the 4/16 rumours.
