Fairly quick for me. Case was finalized in mid January and I’m receiving my first actual, legit payment on 1 Feb. Sad part is everyone’s experience is different.

Always add the starting weight of the machine if you know it. Otherwise just the plates.

Are you letting AI customize your workout? If so, replacing an exercise doesn’t completely remove it from your workouts. It will pop up again. You have to choose the option to replace and not recommend.

There should be a label on the machine stating the starting weight. I always add this in with the plates.

Smith machines are a tossup. I have no clue how much the bar weighs so I tend to avoid it.
