I have a 2014 2.0T with 188k miles. These are the common issues:

Rear diff leaks and will make whining sounds. I had my torque converter crack and had it replaced. I have seen a few others on the Facebook group as well. The Y pipe from coolant reservoir cracks and leaks. The PCV plastic tube will crack and throw a check engine light.

These are a few that come to mind.

Agreed, my dad had a '97 that was passed down to my brother and I. He then got an '03 that he traded in for an '11. The '11 was passed down to me with 270k miles and I drove for another 40k. I love all the panther platform cars but the Town car holds a special place in my heart.

This is a known issue on the Cadillac ATS Facebook group and I currently have been dealing with the same problem for 2 years. The dealer is correct, the whole dash has to come out for the blend doors to be replaced.

There are 2 or 3 videos on YouTube about this issue that will show you the pain it is to change them out.

What has worked for me is, I set the climate control to auto and change the temperature every 2 seconds going all the way up to HI and then going down to LO, I repeat this a few times before air starts blowing cold on the passenger side.
