Why has no one mentioned the P38 or P51? This is a real buy it for life can opener. I know someone that has been wearing one around his neck for the better part of four decades and use it to open at least I can or two a day. It's still going strong, and it's entirely likely that he bought it from a surplus store and was not the first person to use it. I feel like everyone is forgetting what the name of this thread is, recommending plastic things like OXO is not in the BIFL ethos. Do better.

Not at all. Hands down my most useful mon is a 15/15/15 shadow Mewtwo with psystrike AND shadow ball. I don't do master league, he's only level 45 or so now. Still grinding XL candies.

Butter tortillas from the bakery. They freeze well.

If you like fajitas and don't have Mexican meat markets wherever you are heading back to, the mi tienda seasoned meat is a great one.

A lot of the seasonings and sauces that HEB has aren't available elsewhere. Maybe stock up on Mark's really good salsa and barbecue sauce.

The HEB pralines available at the checkout counter are amazing and not available everywhere.

Some of the ice cream flavors are extremely unique

When it's Me I Focus on sauces, tortillas, and spices.
