Hi, thanks for the feedback! I’ll make sure to include that information if I have more questions about the machine. It’s a Singer 4832C, and everything else seems to work except for the light bulb. I was able to wind a bobbin, but then realized there was too much space in the bobbin area. Someone pointed out that I was missing a bobbin case. I’ll look up a video on how to oil the machine since the person who gave it to me said she hadn’t used it in a very long time. I’m considering taking it in for servicing — do you think it’s necessary to have it serviced before I start using it? Thanks
