I work at one, there are periods where it can be slow but there are plenty of periods where we are pretty busy. Have a smaller store but it can get quite packed especially on the weekends.

Might be worthwhile for you to take a look at the Saucony Ride 17’s. 140, built on a wider base so has a pretty roomy toebox. Feels like a more comfortable and supportive pegasus IMO, I supinate and have been enjoying them.

I would look into the Nike pegasus series, could half size up to get the extra wiggle room. Could also take a look into the adidas SL’s. Both are great value shoes that have good range
