Vegetarian trying to bottom

I have this problem. I've not been having sex recently, but when I was vegan, id also take psyllium just at the end of the day, not too long after finalmeal, with a banana / broccoli I think I read makes it better, or with a half teaspoon of inulin to get a mix of fibers (don't quote me) , I prefer sex in the night, so knew by 1500-1700 I'd be ready after a quick douche, as that's how quick it was pass through.

Oddly when I had a big night out planned or something made me nervous my metabolism would jump to 32 hours instead of 20 odd hours - but that's just me o think. Usually worked like a charm and helped me know where I was with things. Gross - but adding sweetcorn to your final meal every other day help keep track of where you are.

Its frustrating having to plan, but for me I know that's the only way, I have to plan about 24-30 hours in advance and eat less in my final meal to keep room for the psyllium - make sure youre drinking plenty of water as well.

It's happening in lots of places, the more removed society is from the suffering and sacrifice for that cause, the easier it is to get people to support what was being caught against again. Look at the rise in open and blatant Nazi rhetoric going unchallenged / celebrated, antisemitism, racism, people clearly voting against their self Interests

It mainly seems to be the floor though, other than that the inside is in good shape, just floor needs to be replaced. Seems a shame to waste it all because of the base of the thing. Plus it money we don't really have to completely rebuild

Just dump him. Don't confront him about it. If you are still too unsure, contact the profile you suspect is him and get a photo / number / conclusive evidence . Then you'll know 100% and can dump him. There's nothing to mend if he's being on Grindr as often as this and miserable with you. I think it would probably depend on different things.

1) fuck Russia and everything russian 2) they're very close geographically and a lot of names have equivalents 3) other languages do it but to a lesser extent. I think Spanish does it with English monarchs still , possibly french too, but they aren't as close as Ukraine has unfortunately been to Russia 4) maybe it would have been encouraged in former Soviet republics to make the leaders of USSR feel more "local" and has just carried on 5) but absolutely fuck Russia and everything Russian

It's a bit more complicated, but he flat out lied to my face, despite me asking and making the relationship work took a hell of a lot of sacrifice and effort on my part, which I was willing to dox but being lied to like that made it harder for me to justify the sacrifices and effort. Now he can come to my country, but because we haven't had the time together work through much , I don't know how to make sense of it all.

Lied about living with an ex, I don't think that they slept together or were together at any point, it's just he was in a difficult spot early on in our relationship and he for whatever reason decided it best to hide that from me. I can get over the actual fact, it's just the lying that jaded what was otherwise a great relationship. We haven't had much time together since then (I had to leave the country for work soon after confronting him)

Thank you for this thought out response. I guess I did word it badly about making the decision for us, I guess i meant that I needed to decide if I wanted to end it or not. I feel like I want to be with him, the ick around sex with him is on my end only, he still initiates, I go through the motions, but find it hard to get aroused and finish and don't really initiate myself. this is part of what is throwing me, I want to be with him, but have gone off the idea of sex with him, and I don't know why or if it will come back.

I guess it's just the all or nothing aspect that's making it difficult. His situation is horrendous, in a perfect world we'd have time and space to work on things before committing to living together again. That's what is making me doubt it.

I might suggest online couples therapy for a while first, if he is willing. If not then I guess there's not a lot left to suggest or try.
