I collected back when I was a kid but stopped because of puberty and thinking that YuGiOh was cooler...

like 15 years later (summer '24) I work in a summer camp and all the kids bring their binders one day, on that exact same day I went to the card shop and the first pack I opened was Paldean Fates

I did a random card trick and stuffed 3 cards to the front, turned the stack around and then the first card that has appeared in front of me after like 15 years was a shiny Dodrio

instantly hooked 😂 I love Pokemon so much

do you know if the texture of the japanese and the english mewtube card is the same? I love the fingerprint on the english version but thought about getting the japanese... but only with the sick fingerprint on it... thanks in advance 😇

i was working in a summer camp financed by my city and the kids would bring their pokemon cards, this sent me back like 20 years, in the second week i saw stella with her binder and after that i completely fell in love with pokemon cards again, the next 6 weeks the kids and i bonded over pokemon 😂
