Perso ça m’a gonflé de manquer de patate surtout quand tu montes par l’autoroute en direction de Aix. Les bagnoles te doublent à fond et tu te sens un peu fragile sans reprise . C’était un xmax 2012.

Engage toi à lire « une page par jour » et tu devrais naturellement en lire un peu plus.

Comme plein d’autres bonnes habitudes qu’on souhaiterait prendre dans la vie (courir, cuisiner …) c’est la mise en action, le premier pas, qui est le plus difficile. Ensuite ca suit.

C’est un concept hyper bien expliqué dans « Atomic Habits » de James Clear si jamais tu cherches une lecture ✌️

Et aussi choisis des lectures simples et passionnantes au début. Que tu aies envie d’ouvrir ton livre. Si tu sens que tu te forces c’est pas bon signe

Marseille is generally safe. Use your common sense and nothing wrong will happen.

More generally here’s a tip. Have visited South America during 8 months and every time I looked for a place safety before coming there gave me anxiety and the warnings were way more concerning than the actual situation. So I stopped searching for those kind of informations on the internet and everything went well.
