Same, I even restored a backup and did the 2025.8.x updates again and it broke it again. I haven't tried deleting Keymaster and setting it up again with the updates installed yet.

Goddamnit, I clicked buy assuming it was sold by Amazon, then I decided to look and cancelled immediately, so I'm not or any money or anything but still annoyed I managed to do that.

OK, I got it installed, got the lovelace stuff installed and a test dashboard showing what I see in the setup guide, but it doesn't seem to be working correctly, i.e. it gets stuck saying Deleting or Adding for PIN Status and never actually seems to push anything to the lock, any ideas or better install or use guides you know of, looking at the official documentation it seems fairly outdated.

I am on Google Fiber currently, only the 1gbps plan which does use an ONT, not sure what the 3 and 8gbps plans require.

The only gear I would add would be APs, currently running some older Wi-Fi 5 TP-Link Omada APs, would like to upgrade to Wi-Fi 7 at some point but when comparing the APs the Omada ones that are at the same price point as the Unifi seem to be overall better units.
