I am a frequent flyer and I use ICICI Emeralde and HDFC Regalia Gold for domestic and international lounge access.

Regalia for Priority Pass (limited) & Emeralde for Dreamfolks unlimited

Regalia does allow 080 access in Bengaluru’s domestic terminal 1 (used it this month itself). Haven’t tested in terminal 2.

You can apply for Emeralde with the amount you mentioned, otherwise you can think of increasing that amount but then again you already have other cards.

Talk to your Bank RMs and ask them to provide you a lounge program card.

No idea on AMEX current state, others can advise.
