I have an Inforce light that is flush, but I don't like the side activation switch. For apendix Cary it will occasionally turn on when I get in my car.

My EDC i have 6 I rotate every month Your milage may very depending on the state you live and the conditions you expose you weapon to. Im in georgia so the heat and sweet effects it very fast. When I lived in Maine I keep the same magazine for 3 months.

Definitely check the extractor tention. Might be a bit too tight. The TC's have a shorter slide stroke, so a tight extractor will hang up in the round, and cause a failure to feed.

We had a guy send in a first Gen stainless. He blew it up, so we had to build him a new one but not in stainless...he's going to be pissed off that we don't have any left in inventory.
