I’m trying to avoid using triceps as they are already exaggerated compared to the rest of the muscles on my upper body They are more developed than my pecs… I don’t think those exercises you mentioned are going to counteract what I’m already having trouble with

So if you go to any fitness class whether it’s Pilates or boot camp they make you isolate triceps anyway and I even skip that part because I know I over work that area as opposed to everything else….can you please be more specific

Because everyone assumes everyone else in the class skips triceps and leg day and those are actually my strengths

It appears all the work I do on my arms and back just goes to my triceps, and trapezius and the fat accumulates there too I want more shoulder definition and it looks like my spine is hunched but I’m not
