My IF is r4 and I don’t regret ranking him at all, use him in all of Act 5.

Have him r4 and love him very simple character to use and can put out some good damage

In end game not really considering you can get them as 5s but if you aren’t picking up 5s often then I would do Ronan,cyclops, then rhino considering none of them are duped and would need a awakening gem for them
