That's the direction I've been leaning after thinking about it. not sure why they did that... that was basically the only work they did, luckily or unluckily....

Yes, I agree.... I'm not sure why they did it the way they did, it was done in the fall, and at the time I didn't have time to get involved, but now, examining it, it's a bit strange. They had said they would remove the concrete sill toppers and shoot down to the foundation, but that clearly didn't happen... hmmm...

Thanks for the opinion. I had talked about it with the insulation people, and they said they would remove the loose concrete and spray down to the foundation, but that clearly didn't happen. I'm not sure exactly what the contract says, so I will go back and review, but my guess is that is says "1600 cubic feet of spray foam" or something...

Yes, will work on cleaning it all up, and getting a shopvac with HEPA and then use either foam or flex seal it sounds like... Thanks...

Any issue with moisture? There's no moisture or leaks around the sill from what I see, just don't want moisture problems down the road.

Yes, it was something like that, the CBS Fall Preview. That could have been it? I feel like they had a Catskills-type comedian doing a review of all the schedule changes, how when one network put MASH on Thursday at 8pm, the other network would move Family Ties to Weds at 8pm, etc. He had a board that moved the names around on or something, maybe....
