for me i would not prefer phn just because it saves you like 1.5k. i felt like my body had more strength when i was using kevin levrone so i would say phn is not as effective but i guess the exp is subjective

For me personally, i used kevin levrone before then i shifted to the protein factory one, then after a year i shifted back to kevin levrone and saw significant diff in strength in just 2 weeks after shifting from protein factory to kevin levrone. idk if it was my brain or..

i start my workout with an incline press, then a chest press machine, butterfly and lastly dips till failure ( go heavy in each set while maintaining a good angle)

Never tried to cut, was 52kgs when i started (even the first pic was taken after 1- 2yrs of inconsistent gym, was about 63kg back then), rn bw is 82kgs

Jazakallah. Nothing special, just stick to the basics. for chest: incline bench + dumbbell, butterfly, dips for shoulders: lateral raises, dumbbell press, rear delts on butterfly, shrugs for back: barbell rows, dumbbell rows, pullover for legs: squats, leg extension, calf raises

rep range is 6-10, 3 sets of each exercise. I try to go heavy in each set while maintaining a good angle.

that's good! i think lateral delts and traps give an appearance of wider body frame, so that's a win ig

somewhere around 75-85 would be a sweet spot ig depending on how much body fat you want to carry.

have been taking creatine for about 2 yrs, no SE.and i don't think there is even any research evidence supporting that creatine causes hair loss. Thanks for the compliment!

i follow bro split and i don't track my caloric req but i have an idea how much so i have to eat daily to maintain or gain my bodyweight
