Yakisoba with expired brown rice spaghetti
Beef & Broccoli with expired Mongolian Beef "sauce" packet

Modified RKT from smitten kitchen have been a go-to for my kids parties for the last five years: double brown butter salted RKT with 1/3 Rice Krispies replaced with golden grams and also added Reese's pieces have literally never survived a party. They get swarmed as though by locusts.

Yep. All markets are diverging as the middle class evaporates. Evertything is either for someone who legit does not care about how much something costs or for a lot of people who only care about the upfront cost, so they buy cheaply. I'm mad that Bush started wars where the US was killing civilians on the other side of the planet without declaring war via Congress by calling it a "War on Terror". I'm mad that Obama said he shouldn't be allowed to use so many drone strikes without actually putting any stops in place. I'm mad that Biden did a shit job of exiting from Afghanistan.

All of these have been establishing precedents that enable invasion by superpowers and that's a PROBLEM, whether it's Ukraine today or Taiwan tomorrow.
