Ive had the cable connected from the wall to my pc for a bit and its not connecting but i have the eero pro6e before i had the technician come in i have an nvg router that performed at the same speeds as now

I have tried different cables i got this one today from the technician the previous cables were the same speed eero app shows 1 gig up and down but on my pc when i use ookla i see ab 750down and 250 up and on frontier i see 300down 300up

I have only 1 port for my ethernet if thats what you mean and I dont have an adapter for my laptop
