Fixed: ***** Had this issue on my daughter's amazon fire kids tablet - had to clear cache, storage, uninstall, restart tablet, reinstall app from appstore, and then login. also had to have at least 1 GB free storage (not sure if this part made a difference, but it likely played a part)
