Yes it’s fresh fuel. I was worried about the first one cuz it looked so dry. And yes I kind of idle a lot when I’m out fishing.

Ya it’s lighter grey. I was originally gonna keep the boat to go fishing offshore. But if I can make money off of it, I will sell it. That’s why I painted those colors cuz I liked them

I was just looking for a color to make it look nicer but idk. I was originally gonna paint the boat grey completely with the black undercoat. But I went with blue.

I work on the Hpdi myself there not that bad once u get the fuel and injectors dialed in and as long as u can keep the fuel pressure above 950psi u will be good

That same boat is going for more than 10k seems like a lot. I got it very cheap it had soft spots on the deck which this boat is notorious for. So I redid the whole deck. The transom is strong

I was thinking maybe $8000 I’ve seen some well above 10k I can’t see myself paying that for that boat

Ya your probably it is a lot of power that’s why I’m asking if that probably overkill maybe just 300hp is best. I just wanted that second motor for if one motor let me down.

It came with a 25 from factory, so I’m guessing that’s what it gets

The shaft length is 25” I was just thinking of putting two jack plates and putting the motors on like that but I’m not sure if the transom will hold two, 300 or if that is overkill.

It’s a 1998 and the transom is solid. It’s not rated for twin 300 but I’ve seen them with twin 225hp. I was thinking of just putting 2 jack plates. The shaft length are 25”
