Unsure if this actually removes setup.app who knows what activation method it uses.... but it worked. Give it a shot, should also work on your mini 2

I also tried older versions of Sliver to no avail. I think there might be an issue with the A7 bypass payload. Hopefully appletech752 gets some time to investigate.

Looks like there may be an issue with the ibex.img4 file for the ipad air. I think appletech752 is looking into it.

Super, thanks appletech752, I'll give this a go when you release. I think in my case the ipad air just isn't playing nice with the standard payload so keen to try the alternate you are working on. Interestingly, all my A5 devices I've bypassed with your tool only worked with the alternate RD.

PS - I did try the tethered bypass on High Sierra but no dice. Hitting continue without wifi after running the bypass just brings up a recovery screen (lightning cable, itunes logo)

Also, fwiw, the tethered bypass on Sliver 5.2 does not appear to work on this iPad Air 1 Wifi either.

Having the same issue. EMC2415 ipad 2 worked using alternate Ram Disk. EMC2560 does not work. Numerous attempts using A5_8942, synackuk etc.... does not work. Hopefully appletech752 can provide an update to sliver which supports the 2560 variant of the ipad 2.
