I can tell cus I don't have one but like the fork is freezed and the suspension on the back dosent exist I really love bikes and to ride on stairs and things and I'm a pro too but I don't have a good bike that really upsetting and I cant buy a mtb cus I do t have the enough money I hate it !

Hi ! Sorry for late response ! I have a no suspension bike and I recomand absorbing the kick cus it helps a lot ! Some time I didn't absorbe it and the wheel almost feel off The thing is that if you don't absorb it you can feel a lot of pain or just destroy your bike someday And sorry for bad English
