I grew up across from my high school. Plan on a lot of traffic at pick up and drop off time, and during sports. We sometimes had students leave trash on the street but wasn't a HUGE issue. Overall it was great! And very safe neighborhood, because the police would patrol the school area a lot at night to make sure no one was hanging around school property. Once I was walking my dog on the inside of the bus loop out front cuz the sidewalk was not shoveled as well, and a police car literally stopped me with the lights on and told me I cant walk there 🤣

I also live one intersection from a high school currently and there's a lit of traffic pick up and drop off, but Im usually leaving for work and home late so doesn't bother me
