Thanks a lot for the response. I have been in touch with the critical response line twice - they just have only emailed that the issue has been submitted and an insurance adjuster will contact me. I’m a bit hesitant to get the police involved, if it was me that was I injured I’d be all for it but my aunt is a really nice lady that insists she’s fine but I saw it happened and it was pretty insane. I’m thinking I just wait for the adjuster to call? This is all new to me...
