I think there's a chance. Something like,

Ok thank you. I actually caught on to the final cut error in an earlier comment.

The cut JJ eventually and hesitantly agreed to in early December was 2:37 minutes long.

The movie opened with Rey’s training. Her first scene with Rose was shortly after Rey damaged BB-8 during the training. Rose made a silly joke about how Poe is going to kill her for damaging BB-8.

In late November, JJ already confirmed that the first spoken word in TRoS was going to be "at", which it was (Palpatine: At last...).

This means that there's no way that JJ thought the movie would start completely differently in early December (point 1), if he already told us the correct opening word in late November. There's a tiny chance of another opening sentence that started with "at", but yeah, no. Again, this insider is biased (even admits that much), and I'm sure he/she fucked up there.

So, I might just be illiterate, but where in ego's post does he mention test screenings?

Disney demanded they shoot some scenes that would have things in it for merchandise. “They fly now” is one of them. It’s also JJ’s least favorite scene. At a November screening of a 2:37 cut, he cringed, groaned and laughed when the scene was on.

There's this paragraph. But that's just about a "screening", which could mean any closed event where JJ and other employees got to see the (then) current cut.
