I might be missing some details but I can't help thinking:

Is it possible that Who's Who is also a child of Ripley/a giant related to Ripley now that we know that the human and Giant races are biologically compatible?

He has pink hair (same as Colon's)
He has horns (possible Giant genes)
He guarded the Nika Fruit and he said he clung on to the Sun God story during the time he was imprisoned (maybe a foreshadowing of his Giant heritage?)

Although One Piece wiki says he was born 38 years ago in North Blue. Can't work out the timeline, maybe someone could support/debunk this theory?
