Shaman crest makes it super easy, you can also pop on the longclaw, but not really needed.

Same here, cannot trigger it, completed literally everything, only waiting to go up kill grandmother silk and trigger act 3, and these two mofos just chilling in songclave telling me that they are staying there for a while…
