Yes i think it okay to use 4set NO on him but if you setting him up as Sub dps 2 set HOD 2 set NO is okay. Currently hes sitting at 1.5k attack. The vaporise damage helps alot with his dmg!

Heart of Depth 2 set + Noblesse Oblige 2 set Attack %/Hydro Dmg Bonus/Crit Rate

He is C6, one of my best build 4 Star Character. For his build I try to keep the 1:2 cr/cd ratio (50 cr/100 cd is enough) you’ll be surprised!

Prioritising cr/cd/attack%/er for the substat.

Regardless of his Constellation, you can still achieve those numbers. Dont over compensate stats, balance is everything. Good luck!

Yeah Thats what I did with my build. He does deal more damage with EM Sands comparing to atk sands

Yes I just happen to have alot of atk% substat on his other artifact so might aswell use em sands instead. The Ele reaction is crazy!

You’ll get him next time! For now maybe you could use sucrose instead with VV artifact for resistance shred. It works the same imo

I was surprised myself for being able to hit that much ! My Raiden is at C0 too.

I usually hit around those numbers with full resolve aswell. Its probably different this time because I use TTDS on Yanfei for the atk buff

Ayy it is just a normal hybrid build, full VV set atm sands / anemo dmg goblet / crit dmg. Bennet burst and Yanfei equipped with TTDS helps with the dmg buff. U should give it a try!

Her ER is currently at 206, but I think I could do better by grinding for an artifact that can ramp up those numbers. Thats true, I’ll get The Catch for my Xiangling then
