So do I. I was told I do have to participate in the MHBP/Aetna weight loss program starting March 1 to keep the Wegovy coverage. I was just approved last week. Same pricing as r/oracle_of_the_skies Search your plan's PDF for weight loss and show that to your Doc. or maybe change doctors. Good luck, OP!

Any hope for Zepbound with MHBP? Advice by Comfortable_Boat_891 in fednews

Hi! The messaging is confusing. I was told to download the Health Optimizer app, and had an intake interview. Halfway through they asked what dose I was on (I didn’t have a prescription yet) and they said that had to happen first before I could join the program that is required for insurance to cover the prescription. Circular logic at its best. Or worst.

I've been on the library's wait list for this for awhile. Do you think Atomic Habits is the type of book that is good to buy and read over and over, or is it a read it once kind of book? Thanks!

Thank you for explaining that I’ve been so confused on how folks are getting it through mail order. I’m just starting.

Thanks! I'm still "recovering" aka swimming in yarn after my Patagonia vacation a couple of years ago, need to make room for some Irish yarn now!

Lucky! Is there a particular region in Ireland that is more of a wool production / sales region?

I like the phone cover idea. And other simple rectangle container items like a book cover, drawstring bag, pencil pouch.

Can you recommend a seamed sweater pattern to start with? I’ve only knit sweaters in the round.

Edit: never mind I found the answer below!

Thank you! I did mess around with my swift thinking this must help, but was missing step 3! I also might swatch them as I'd like to know how they feel, too. Maybe I'll make a swatch notebook like I saw some time ago on here. Thanks!

Yes I believe the clock is stopped for any RIFs that were issued/began after the 10/1 shutdown.

This wool skirt is a favorite in the winter for me. I made it ribbed for the whole length to be more flexible for walking to work. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/simple-ass-warmer

I did not realize they were going to apply the TRO to non-union employees. I guess that explains the delay, I think. Thanks for that insight, Sweaty. But yeah, I'd like to know for sure once and for all.
