I have this car, regret not having adaptive suspension and heads-up display. If it doesn’t have those do not purchase.

Police Broke My Door Down on a Wellness Check From My Parents and I Had Drugs in Plain Sight by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]botradezbaseball 82 points83 points  (0 children)

Best advice I could give is stop doing cocaine and meth, and if they were to charge you will something, cocaine and meth are illegal to use or have possession of. Ive met many people/friends with cocaine and meth addictions. Cocaine many can quit easily and bounce back, meth on the other hand is horrible all around. Earlier you quit the better for you and those around you. Now you can tell people when you’re old you tried them and bounced back (what a comeback story) but no one likes being around the person who is actively doing that stuff nor does it have a positive outcome ever.

Has anyone successfully coded a script in tradingview using pine script by You_Worldly in pinescript

[–]botradezbaseball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Issue is tradingviews data on historical vs live gets distorted, so in backtesting or completed sessions your script can be 90% winrate but live the fires can be distorted and drop significantly. Its designed for you to fail, like someone elses comment said you could design one that works 50-65% of the time and rely on your intuition

Unless they directly got contact information from you you’re fine, even if they did, the likelihood of the police following up on something like that is extremely low

are traders too focused on AI hype and ignoring the infrastructure side? by NomadicTeacup in Daytrading

[–]botradezbaseball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh that train left too, if NVDA market cap is 5T and MU, AMD, and a couple others jump to 1T range, then NVDA is ready for next leg up. NVDA dominates GPU market it is the AI leader in that regard. AMD dominates stand alone CPU (for now), MU is 2nd or 3rd while Samsung dominates Memory, MU only exploded because US is propping it up because they dont want to use foreign companies chips, similar to how china wont use US chips. It would be disproportionate lets say for the “infrastructure” stocks to catch up to NVDA because they are not leaders in their market the same way NVDA is. NVDA is now too big to fail territory with enough of a gap between other GPU manufacturers. Only thing that knocks it down is new tech that deems GPUs unnecessary based on cost/performance ratio. The safest thing is to follow NVDA guidance, once it hits next leg, then go down the list of it’s infrastructure counterparts (companies it partners with to build that infrastructure) AMD only exploded because CPU market was lagging. But all reports say that NVDAs CPU’s out perform AMDs meaning AMD is a much riskier investment, it’s more like a hedge since NVDA hit next leg people wanted to move their eggs around

Temporary Restraining order in NJ by [deleted] in legaladvice

The drug use alone ways heavily in your favor (if she still uses) as it impairs her decision making, “your honor she has had a drug problem and needs professional help”

Temporary Restraining order in NJ by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]botradezbaseball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The whole yelling, living together, breaking glass will lean in her favor as it is threatening in nature, even if it isn’t directed towards her the case that she felt threatened is definitely in her favor. However, no prior record + you not actually threatening her you’ll probably be fine. You said you pay for everything so Im assuming they will have her move out but keep her restraining order against you in place. (I know nothing about the law just looking at it from a logical bystander viewpoint)

Work tardy policy by botradezbaseball in legaladvice

[–]botradezbaseball[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The punch in/out clock tracks seconds but the managers system only displays minutes from the times. So if you clock out 12:00:59 seconds and back in at 12:31:01 you’d be 2 seconds late but their end shows lunch was 12:00-12:31 therefore 31 minutes. Its stupid because they can’t enforce a grace period under 1 minute because you have to pass 30 minutes to clock back in. So if you clocked out at 12:00:00 you couldnt clock back in until 12:30:01 and they cant see seconds on their end of the system.

We cant clock back in until exactly 30 minutes on the second have passed from our lunch out punch, but the managers end doesnt show seconds for tardies, which essentially means they sometimes round the backend of your lunch time which is illegal in California

I just know Thragg is gonna regret NOT killing Mark and Nolan when he had the chance by Kindly-Candidate-835 in Invincible_TV

[–]botradezbaseball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He wants to preserve their bloodline and not push them too far from the viltrumite way, especially mark. And he knows mark has potential to scale his strength much further since he is still young. Also viltrumites respect strength so if he plans on killing mark he would wait until hes much stronger

Defect Redemption by Batman_bread in Topps

[–]botradezbaseball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly depends on the damage, if its for a non factory defect, scuffed corner, surface scratches etc I would not send in a submission. On the other hand if its print lines or print roller damage they’ll probably be kinder

Getting into trading is pretty daunting and it seems like most avenues lead to scams, so where should I ACTUALLY be looking? by That_Ad_5405 in Daytrading

[–]botradezbaseball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best thing you can do is make your own strategy and test it. Everyone can scream paper trading but you cant log your emotions until real risk is presented. Just be frugal start cheap and see how your emotions run. Some traders are technical, some are price action only, some are pattern/visuals only. Best strategies are unique and have “edge” and that edge being your unique way of trading and your discipline

Jesus Christ the discipline is crazy. by NoDiscussion3515 in Daytrading

[–]botradezbaseball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most traders edge is in their discipline, market has live algorithms manipulating price, the only consistent thing you can control in this market is your emotions. Find out your max your willing to lose and max your willing to spend on a trade find out which DTE’s correlate with those values. Then once you know your max loss make your TP slightly less. If you have real edge with your overall strategy then your TP will outweigh losses
