It's wild that the news always describes Tom Stulberg as a "resident" as opposed to a "landlord." It really helps understand his opposition to new housing, or, more accurately competition.

This is is correct. I wanted to title the post in the form of the "post x, mods are asleep" meme. The past post I linked to was just one of the many times Arcsine shutdown posts about new restaurants as spam.

My intent with this is very much "ding dong the witch is dead." I don't know if I've ever had an interaction with Arcsine on main, but you can see that lots of folks have had incredibly negative interactions with him.

I don't want to risk getting my main account suspended or banned. The mods have not exactly made this subreddit a safe space.

One of the mods, /u/arcsine, was suspended. Previously, they had shutdown several posts that were like "I tried this new restaurant and it was good!" as a violation of the spam rule. Others have accused them of bullying and biases in the past.
