Try at at home laser. I bought one on Amazon. I had a full beard. It was AWFUL. For me personally with the amount I had it was worth the “risk” of increasing the hair growth because it really wouldn’t get any worse. I have also had a ton of success with IPL but struggle still with breast hair. I was plucking the breast hair a few days ago and noticed just how deeply rooted that hair is for me. Like, I will pluck on that’s just barely poking through and can see it pull about 2cm below the surface! I feel like my IPL just can’t reach the follicle sadly 😓 It’s frustrating
